Have you ever worried about the future? If it’s any consolation, I think it’s safe to say that every human that has lived has felt the same way at one time or another. I couldn’t tell you how many times the thought of the future has crossed my mind; ironically, it’s the thought that has compelled me to write this.
I want to take a moment to express my infinite gratitude to everyone that reads my work. I’m deeply thankful for each and every person that takes time out of his or her day to read my writing. I’m so grateful for those that have become a part of my audience and I’m beyond blessed to have you. Thank you for joining me on this journey.
When all things fall apart, positivity is the glue that can put them back together. This life that we all live is based on our perception of it; in other words, our perception is our reality. The trials and tribulations we encounter can make or break us, depending on the road we choose to follow.
Is there anything more beautiful than a loyal friend? Loyalty is the pinnacle of human qualities. There is no beauty like a loyal person who loves you unconditionally, and sticks by your side through thick and thin. The difficulty with finding someone such as this is the fact that they are a genuine rarity like gold.
The single most powerful quality of humanity is free will. The tragedy of choice is a recurring consequence that we must live out to the end of our days. Perhaps that is the issue with indecisiveness; or on the other hand, it could be that some have no knowledge that they’re in complete control of their destiny.
We are all human. Each of us has hopes, dreams, fears, and insecurities, to name a few. Knowing this information, why is there so much division between us as a species? I find that the one universal constant of our kind is judgment. I’m guilty of it myself; however, the first step of change is to know there’s a problem in the first place.
Let me start off by saying that this post is not meant to come across as dogmatic. I completely understand that every experience with depression is unique because no two people are identical. That is why humans are such beautiful creatures, and why this life is so difficult. I can only share my personal experience on the matter, in hopes to reach someone who has, or is dwelling in a similar realm. It’s not easy for me to open up on the subject, but I felt compelled to do so.
